    1. I’m getting a “Video Playback Not Supported” message for some videos when tap on the video thumbnail. What do I do?
      Don’t panic. With update 1.2.0, you can tap on the ‘Action’ button and then “Watch Video” and the video should play like it should.
    2. Can I watch another video or navigate to a different page while a video is downloading?
      Yes you can. FaceVideo downloads in the background so you can watch or navigate to a different page.
    3. How come the ‘Action’ button is disable?
      The ‘Action’ button only gets enable when you are at a page with a video.
    4. How come FaceVideo sometime takes me to the mobile site at launch even though I was last on the full site?
      That happens sometime because your session timed out. You can always go to the full site quickly by tapping on the ‘Home’ button on the top instead of scrolling all the way to the bottom.
