How do I restore my purchases?
Go to Settings inside the app and tap "Restore Purchases." This will recover any previous in-app purchases linked to your Apple ID.
The app is crashing. What should I do?
Make sure you're running the latest version from the App Store. If it still crashes, restart your device and try again. If the problem persists, send us the details above.
Can I request a refund?
In-app purchase refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to request one.
How do I delete my account or data?
Send us a message using the form above with "Delete my data" as the subject. We'll process your request within 48 hours.
