Welcome to Tektrify. By using our apps and services, you're agreeing to these terms. We've tried to keep them straightforward and human—no weird legalese unless absolutely necessary.

The Basics

These terms apply to all Tektrify apps: BlockBlitz, RollZero, StageSnap, Velo, and any future apps we create. By downloading or using our apps, you agree to these terms.

Using Our Apps

You're free to use our apps as intended. Here's what we expect:

• Be a decent human—don't harass others or post harmful content
• Don't try to break, hack, or reverse-engineer our apps
• Don't use our apps for anything illegal
• Don't abuse our systems or create fake accounts to game features
• Respect other users' privacy and data

Your Account

If an app requires an account, you're responsible for keeping it secure. Don't share your login, and let us know immediately if your account is compromised.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Your Content

Some apps let you create or upload content (photos, game data, etc.). You own your content. By using our apps, you give us permission to:

• Store and process your content to provide the service
• Display your content within the app (like leaderboards or social features)
• Make backups for safety and reliability

We won't use your content for marketing or other purposes without permission. You can delete your content anytime.

Our Intellectual Property

All the code, design, graphics, and content in our apps belong to Tektrify. You can use the apps, but you can't copy, modify, or redistribute them.

Payments & Subscriptions

Some apps offer premium features or subscriptions. Here's how it works:

• Payments are processed through the App Store, Google Play, or Stripe
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel
• Refunds follow platform policies (Apple, Google, etc.)
• We may change pricing with notice, but won't affect active subscriptions

App-Specific Terms

BlockBlitz & RollZero (Games)

• Leaderboards and social features are moderated for fair play
• Cheating or manipulation will result in account suspension
• In-game purchases are final (no refunds except where required by law)

StageSnap (Home Staging)

• You must own or have rights to photos you upload
• AI-generated content is for personal/commercial use as stated in-app
• We're not liable for how you use generated images

Velo (Fitness)

• Health data is stored securely and not shared without consent
• We're not medical professionals—consult a doctor for health advice
• Use at your own risk; we're not liable for injuries

Disclaimers

Our apps are provided "as is." We work hard to make them great, but:

• We don't guarantee uninterrupted service (bugs happen)
• We're not liable for data loss (keep backups of important stuff)
• We're not responsible for third-party services we integrate with

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Tektrify isn't liable for indirect damages (like lost profits, data loss, or opportunity costs) arising from your use of our apps. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

Changes & Updates

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.

We may also update, modify, or discontinue features. We'll try to give notice for major changes, but reserve the right to make adjustments as needed.

Termination

You can stop using our apps anytime. We can terminate or suspend access if you violate these terms. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the app ends immediately
• We may delete your data (unless legally required to keep it)
• Subscriptions won't be refunded unless required by law

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California. Any disputes will be resolved in California courts.

Final Notes

These terms don't create any partnership, employment, or agency relationship. If any part of these terms is found invalid, the rest still applies.
